Privacy Policy:

Apron Strings does not disclose any personal information collected from its web application to any other sources. Your personal information, as well as the payment information you provide is used solely for the purpose of this website and it’s business. Any information you provide is securely encrypted and protected using the latest encryption and security technologies.

Return Policy:

In the event of a return you will need to contact Apron Strings for a return authorization number prior to sending it back. The complete contents of the shipment must be returned unused and unopened, within 5 days of receipt. In the event of a return, you will be given a credit to be used toward the purchase of a future kit. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Payment Failure:

Apron Strings billing runs on the 9th of each month. If your credit card cannot be processed you will receive an email from Apron Strings indicating you have a declined transaction and that you need to update your credit card information. Please go to “Members” and fill out the information form to update your credit card information.  If your credit card information is not updated by the 25th of the month, your kit will be returned to the general inventory and you forfeit your shipment for that month.

If we do not hear from you or your credit card information is not updated within five days of the first failure notice, you will receive a second email reminder to update your credit card. Failure to contact us or update your information for three consecutive months will result in the cancellation of your AutoShip membership.

Substitution Policy:

In the event of a manufacturer’s limited quantity, comparable product may be substituted for listed items.

Shipping Policy:

Shipping is done once a month, starting on the 12th via the United States Postal Service’s Priority Mail. In the event that the 12th falls over a weekend or U.S. federal holiday we will ship the next available business day.

We do our best to keep our costs affordable and AutoShip members typically enjoying no additional shipping charges for add-on purchases that are sent with an upcoming kit. However, if the weight of your package excessively exceeds the cost paid for shipping, we reserve the right to automatically charge your credit card to cover all or some of the additional shipping costs and/or select an alternate shipping method.
